All of that is inspired by one crucial thing: your story. And our team has decades of combined experience in utilizing your existing story in ways that help you achieve your goals.

The company was founded by Sam Kirby, a Cincinnati-area native, who originally came to the Bowling Green, KY area to attend Western Kentucky University. Vid Monster was started as a creative YouTube channel back in 2011 but quickly evolved into a professional media content business in 2016 with a unique bent for storytelling in an efficient and high quality way. Since then, Vid Monster has developed a standout reputation as the region’s leading video producer, creating impressive custom video and design work for clients in manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, construction, and professional advertising.

Since its founding, the company has successfully completed over 1500 different media projects across the mid-south with help from its nimble and focused internal staff as well as a variety of independent contractors, a lot of which are soon-to-be or recent graduates of Western Kentucky University. The team’s full time creative director, Nick Williams, brings a modern touch to every project he touches, leaning on his formal training but influenced by the professional hip hop market where he freelances. Chris Butler, director of art & design, spent over 20 years in the apparel industry designing campaigns, graphic art, and custom branding design for Fruit of the Loom. This allows our design department to produce cognizant, standout work that is memorable.

Vid Monster hopes to continue growing its focus on media that truly helps tell or enhance the stories of companies, communities, and initiatives where the team serves.
