Here is one very cool and very rare 1961 Lincoln Continental convertible. We purchased this car from an estate in Dallas, Texas, where it had been sitting untouched in a garage since 1985. It shows only 53K miles, which we believe to be original. This vehicle is one of the most solid, rust-free, and straightest early Continental convertibles you will ever find. With only 2,857 units ever produced, these cars are very scarce. This particular car was very well-equipped, including rare factory air conditioning.

Chrome: In truly amazing original condition, shines as new.
Trim: Nearly mint, with a few small dings that could be easily repaired.
Glass: All original and in excellent condition.
Interior: Can be used as is for now but will eventually need to be redone.
Steering Wheel: Mint condition with no cracks; excellent dash pads and chrome throughout.
Trunk Interior: Needs to be redone.
Power Top System: Needs complete rebuild; only missing the header bar cover (available parts).
Convertible Top: Not bad; rear window removed due to yellowing and should be replaced, or just replace the rear window.
Electrical Systems: Power windows, drop-down rear windows, power seat, gauges, lights, courtesy lights, and directionals all work; radio works intermittently.
Mechanical Condition: Runs very strong; recent work includes fuel system overhaul, carburetor rebuild, tune-up, brake work, fluid changes, new battery, and tires; runs strong, shifts great, drives smoothly and tightly.
Usage: Not driven much since updates; needs minor sorting for long distances.
