Consistency is like the missing link to everyone’s New Year’s resolutions, to goals and to simply progressing in life not just the gym.

You are almost guaranteed a level of success if you are willing to show up and do the work.

But most people fall short of consistency sometimes by a month, by a week and unfortunately days of seeing the results they wanted.

That’s how close you have been.

It isn’t by chance or through a short cut you get results it’s just showing up when you don’t feel like it.

Some call it willpower.

Some call it discipline.

But I call it consistency.

How?

Focus on the outcome of doing the thing.

By preparing my clothes, hydration and food for the following day I am able to make less decisions on the things that cost me time and focus more on the things that bring me time and enjoyments.

And you can too.

If you’re willing to train yourself to think of the ever bright outcomes from your inputs (actions).
