This is the first challenge in a long time, which can be considered slightly difficult in my opinion. The easiest way to complete this challenge is by using the following approach.

You will first need to grab a Gas Can, which can be found at most Bus Stops, Gas Stations and even inside the Garage of some building. Find yourself a weapon, preferably an SMG or Assault Rifle. Lastly, also farm about 40 materials.

Have Teammate (1) build up a ramp of about 4 stairs, walk to the edge and look straight up. Throw the Gas Can and place a marker where it lands. Teammate (2) should stand on said marker and look straight up as well. Have Teammate (1) pick up the Gas Can, go back up the ramp and throw the Gas Can again. This time Teammate (2) should shoot it!
