Breaking Free from Pain Pills—Who Can Save Me?

Recently, Kristopher and I sat down for a discussion about how the LORD saved him. As a result of his drug abuse and pain medication, he was incarcerated, but the LORD saved him. However, his testimony didn't end there. After leaving jail and joining a church, he fell back into living in sin as a believer and was disciplined out of his church. Yet the LORD was faithful to discipline him while he was excommunicated. He was later restored and has walked with Christ since. This is a reminder that our testimonies aren't just about what happened when we first believed but also how are are pressing on today.
