This week, on Plett it's a foodie thing, Enrico of Ristorante Enrico cooks a Kingklip Primavera, on a Megamaster Patio Gas Braai, in the gorgeous Plett sunshine with ocean views across the bay.

TOOLS:
Gas braai/grill

INGREDIENTS (per portion):
A Kingklip fillet (as fresh as you can get it)
Flour to dust the fish
Handful of cherry tomatoes
1/4 Cup of olives
30ml Olive oil
1/4 Cup of basil leaves (chopped)
10ml Fish spice
Pinch of salt
Black pepper (to taste)
