Helsinki bus/coach station

Helsinki bus/long-distance coach station at Kamppi.
The station is under ground the Shopping Center of Kamppi. At street level is Espoo (local bus) terminal. Deeper undground is the Kamppi metro (underground) station.

From here you can travel in practise to nearly every place in Finland. The longest route goes to Lapland (Rovaniemi). There is also international connection to St. Petersburg (Russia). Tourist buses usually use Kiasma or Mikonkatu street bus stops outside Kamppi terminal. "Budjet-price buses" (like "Onnibussi)" also may use different bus stops outside the bus station. Turku line uses Kamppi terminal, Tampere line Kiasma bus stop.
-------
In Finland you can get your ticket from the driver when you board the bus - but you can get a cheeper ticket if you buy it in advance on the Internet. You usually do not have to book a seat. If the bus gets full the company usually orders extra bus. Long-distance buses have (usually) toilets.
