In this video I discuss making overpayments to your mortgage and what I believe to be the pro's & con's for doing so. It is not an exhaustive list but I tried to discuss the arguments from both sides that I have heard the most!
I advocate making overpayments if you can afford it, but I certainly see it from the both sides!

My goal is to be totally debt free, including the mortgage within 10 years! This would mean making considerable overpayments to my mortgage as my income increases over time.
