Trying DF's Optimized Settings for RE4 on PC (RX 6750 XT)

With most PC games I usually just set all options to high and leave everything else on default and for the most part that works out okay. But many times on PC games if you optimize your settings you may end up with a game that not only runs better but may actually look better too! Some settings give little advantage to the overall appearance yet take a big hit on performance while other settings are the opposite.
