नागालैंड सरकार का नया गाँव भूमि नियम – पूरी जानकारी
नागालैंड सरकार ने गाँव की ज़मीन को लेकर नए नियम लागू किए हैं, जिनका उद्देश्य पारंपरिक भूमि अधिकारों की सुरक्षा, अवैध भूमि लेन-देन पर रोक और ग्रामीण प्रशासन को मजबूत बनाना है। नागालैंड में भूमि व्यवस्था भारत के अन्य राज्यों से अलग है क्योंकि यहाँ Article 371A के तहत जमीन और संसाधनों पर स्थानीय समुदायों और गाँव परिषदों का विशेष अधिकार है।

नए नियमों के अनुसार, गाँव की भूमि का उपयोग, हस्तांतरण या विकास अब गाँव परिषद (Village Council) और संबंधित विभागों की अनुमति से ही संभव होगा। बिना अनुमति जमीन बेचने, लीज पर देने या सरकारी योजनाओं का गलत लाभ लेने पर सख्त कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।

सरकार का मुख्य उद्देश्य है कि सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ केवल वैध और मान्यता प्राप्त गाँवों तक पहुँचे, साथ ही भूमि रिकॉर्ड को डिजिटल रूप से सुरक्षित किया जाए। किसानों और ग्रामीण लोगों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे अपनी जमीन से जुड़े दस्तावेज़ अपडेट रखें और किसी भी लेन-देन से पहले नियमों की पूरी जानकारी लें।
