Big Boy Steam Engine #4014 - Fremont Nebraska - 06/11/2023

Found out by some mistake this morning that the largest steam engine ever built, BIG BOY #4014, was coming through Fremont, Nebraska this morning. So I got myself out of the house and went to see it. It arrived at approximately 11:45 AM. That BIG BOY sure is a sight to behold. It will be on display down in Omaha while the college world series is going on down there. It arrived from Cheyenne, Wyoming where it lives I believe. If it ever comes back through again, I hope I hear about it and am able to go see it again. Like the movie, PLANES, TRAINS & AUTOMOBILES, that's what I live for and my passion. If you've never seen this amazing work of metal art, you're missing out. GO SEE IT IF YOU CAN.
