It seems like President Trump is using his Art of the Deal skills to provide Americans with less money than previously advertised over the weekend.

As I discussed in my earlier stimulus video today, the Feds are only willing to provide $300 in enhanced unemployment benefits under Trump’s executive action, which differs greatly from the President’s claim of $400 federally every week.

So where did Trump get that $400 number? Well, there’s an easy road for states to go down or a hard route to choose.

Here’s the hard road: If states are willing to pay up the additional $100, they can offer claimants in those specific states $400 weekly.

But I’m guessing states are going to take the easy route, which is this: States can count that $100 payment as funds that they already provide to unemployment claimants in state benefits.

Unless you live in a really cool state that has enough funds to offer unemployment claimants an additional $100 per week, I’m predicting that people will see $300 weekly payments in their bank accounts when the executive action begins disbursing funds.

Even more troubling than receiving just half of the weekly $600 FPUC funds is who might not qualify for these extended unemployment benefits.

The extension states that claimants must be earning at least $100 in state benefits to receive these new $300 weekly checks.

Making less than $100 a week? And you’re NOT going to give them funds? Am I going crazy here?!

These people are the lowest income and part time Americans and this new extension could exclude them from payments!

Finally, I have confirmation about a question that so many of you have been asking about in the comments section.

Can I still collect the $600 if I put my claim in before the July 31st deadline?

According to CNBC, the answer to that question is yes!

As every one of you out there knows, some states are still struggling to pay unemployment claims, some dating all the way back to March.

Fortunately, if you got your claim in before the deadline in your state, you will receive all of the funds available in the CARES Act retroactively.

That means that if you are waiting around for your claim to be approved by your state, once it goes into action, you’ll receive a backdated check for all state and federal payments from that time, including the weekly $600 FPUC.

This is why it is so important that all of you out there from Maryland, Missouri, West Virginia, California, Ohio, New Jersey, Indiana, Michigan, Maine, New York, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, Florida, South Carolina, Arkansas, North Carolina, Iowa, Alaska, Oregon, Texas, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Tennessee, Washington and New Mexico stay diligent and active in your pursuit of these life saving funds.

If you still haven’t applied for unemployment benefits, you could still receive a backdated check for thousands of dollars, as well as the new $300 benefits moving forward.

if you are a gig-worker, self employed, independent contractor or 1099 worker these are unemployment benefits that you are actually eligible for!

Check with your state’s unemployment and PUA guidelines and put your claim in before your state runs out of money and these vital resources are no longer available.
