On The Scene: The third group of complainants explain their grounds for impeachment against President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. in a press conference on Friday (January 23, 2026). They are mulling whether to refile their complaint before the House after the Office of the Secretary General refused to receive their complaint amid the absence of Cheloy Garafil, or go directly before the Supreme Court. Congress is resuming its session on Monday (January 26, 2026).
