Theme Park week has begun with us exploring Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure here in Orlando.

We had to start our time checking out the brand new Harry Potter world at the Wizarding world by heading to Diagon Alley. After exploring this incredible new expansion we jumped on the Escape From Gringotts ride - which was so good!

Next up the twins bought some wands from Olivanders - it's interesting because the park makes it an interactive experience. You can do spells around the park and the world comes alive.

We then did some back to back rides, the Fast & Furious – Supercharged, Kang & Kodos' Twirl 'n' Hurl, The Simpsons ride, Men in Black Alien Attack and our first roller coaster...Woody Woodpecker's Nuthouse Coaster.

As the sunset we headed back to the Wizarding World to catch the Hogwarts Express ride, ran through platform 9 3/4 and caught it across to the Islands of Adventure to go on the Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey ride.

To continue Jess's conquering fear of rides we did the Cat in the Hat ride, One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish and the Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls splash ride...oh and we managed to get her on the Jurassic Park ride.

To calm her back down we went on the Dr Seuss Caro-Seuss-el, her favourite ride The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man ride, before doing the Flight of the Hippogriff ride at Harry Potter land.

To end our time we had to try Frozen Butter beer and some pumpkin Juice :)
