2001 KTM 250 2 Stroke Restoration - Restoring Aluminum E.3. In this episode I show you how to DIY easily restore aluminum parts at home without the need of any expensive tools. I use simple over the counter do it yourself products and tools to easily restore aluminum to like new shine again. This dirt bike rebuild series is geared towards budget building a dirt bike into something that looks and feels like new for a fraction of the cost of new. In this episode I restore the aluminum swingarm to near new condition, inspect and pack the swing arm bearings and restore the brake caliper to like new conditions. I use common tools to sand out imperfections and blend into the surrounding aluminum. This is a great way to restore aluminum parts without spending much money.
