You can't be an expert at everything.

Sorry. That was quite a truth bomb.

Let me reword.

There are areas of music teaching that you are AMAZING at.
You excel.
Your students think themselves lucky they have a teacher like you.

But on the flipside, there are areas that you're not quite so amazing at.

Which is absolutely fine, by the way. It's part of being human.

There are a couple of things you can (and should) do:
1⃣ Celebrate what you're good at. Utilise your expertise.

2⃣ Work out why the weaker areas are weaker. How can you make changes or improvements?
