School of Gnarlz: Episode 1

This introductory episode to the instructional whitewater canoeing series School of Gnarlz, covers the basic strokes that are needed to comfortably control a canoe on flat water. With practice, these skills will allow you to paddle a tandem or solo canoe confidently! These strokes with proper form will serve as our base foundation that we will build upon as we progress in our journey to technical proficiency and maybe one day...whitewater mastery! :) Enjoy.
