8 skiers dead, 1 missing after Lake Tahoe avalanche: Officials | NewsNation Live

Eight of 9 skiers who were missing after an avalanche Tuesday were found dead, and one still hasn't been located, according to officials. There are six survivors, two of whom have injuries that are not life-threatening. Nevada County Sheriff Shannan Moon says they will continue recovery efforts, but weather conditions are an issue.
