HOME REVEAL RICHMOND AMERICAN 11/30/21

Hello! It's Hope and Kyle! Here is the final reveal of our new home! We do plan to make some changes immediately, such as the flooring, recessed lighting, and more! Please stay tuned and subscribe. Please enjoy our home before we decide to customize it!!! Excuse us if we look tired. We went to film the house after we got off work today. For the outside clips we used older video from a week before the final walkthrough so thats why it may look dirty in the background.

We officially closed on our home over the thanksgiving weekend with Richmond American homes. We initially were supposed to close on November 23rd but it got delayed because of our loan officers. We had sent everything in ahead of time too. But for some reason they did not get everything to title in time. However, they were able to turn everything in to the title company the next day but because of the holiday it got pushed back. During the evening of November 24th they approved us and we got to set up our title signing appointment. Since it was the weekend they provided a mobile notary free of charge. On Saturday we submitted our deposit, Monday it was recorded, and we got the keys that afternoon.
