1/2 pork meat (adobo cut)
1 glove garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
1 small carrot, shredded
2 eggplant, sliced
5 lady fingers, sliced
string beans
tbsp vegetable oil
tbsp soy sauce
pinch of salt
1/2 cup water
