Trumpet tip, Upper Register Strength

This is a very raw video that examines the strength verses technique of getting into the upper register. I had not practice or played for more than a couple minutes a week for 75 days. My horn was in the case for 75 days and I was still able to play above a double high C. This is, in my opinion proof that the upper register is not about strength it is about technique and mechanics.
