Holding Stuff Hostage

The plaintiff says she dated the defendant for 10 years, so she left all her stuff behind when they broke up. She claims he’s being vindictive and won’t let her pick up her things, so she’s suing. The defendant says his ex is suing because he had her evicted. He claims she is holding his belongings hostage, so he’s countersuing.
