2 kg ox tripe, cut into big strips
enough water to cover the meat and tripe
4 pcs. onions, quartered
pounded garlic
pounded ginger
bay leaves
salt and pepper

2 tbsp. atsuete seeds
hot water
¼ cup butter
¼ cup minced garlic
½ cup chopped onions
¼ cup sweet bagoong
2 cups chopped cashews or pistachio
rice flour, as needed
beef stock, as needed

eggplants
