Running a Car Without a Thermostat

Seems like lots of people ask what will happen if they run their engine without a thermostat. Some people say your engine will overheat because of the constant coolant flow, and some say your engine will just stay cold, so I wanted to try for myself. There are lots of variables, and every car will be different, but I found that it works pretty good. I use this car for just spinning around in the field and having fun, so I like having a temperature "buffer" before it gets too hot.
