So, another interesting video on another very important topic ie. the DOCTRINE OF PROMISSORY ESTOPPEL IN CONTRACT LAW. Promissory Estoppel In Contract law is a concept which although without any contract bounds a party to perform particular obligations. Promissory Estoppel in contract law is something which tends to protect the rights of the promisse coz in doctrine of promissory estoppel in contract law what happens is that a person acts based on someone else's promise to his detriment. So, to prevent his right of getting the compensating action for his action this doctrine of promissory estoppel in contract law is used.
