What I Drank on Day 1 of My 48-Hour Fast (Juices, Energy & Wins) #rawvegan #juicecleanse #detox

Here’s exactly what I drank on day one of my 48-hour fast.

This was a juice-focused day, keeping things hydrating, energising, and light while still supporting a busy schedule. I had around eight glasses of water with fresh lemon, one large green juice, and a spiced juice made with ginger, red grapes, and grapefruit.

I also cycled to a commercial recall audition — which I booked — and I’ll be heading to Cape Town later this month to film 🎬✨

Back home, I kept things simple with a classic apple, carrot, and ginger juice, and ended the day feeling amazing with fresh watermelon juice.

This day reminded me that fasting doesn’t mean stopping life — it can actually sharpen focus, boost energy, and support big aligned action.
