EXPLORING ABANDONED Amusement Park Six Flags New Orleans

DISCLAIMER DO NOT TRY TO ENTER THE PROPERTY! The park has 24-hour security plus the New Orleans Police Department also patrol the area. Another concern the park and surrounding area are now providing homes for animals such as alligators, water moccasins, and the list goes on.
After almost being bitten by a cottonmouth I personally recommend do not enter.

Six Flags New Orleans is a 140-acre, abandoned theme park in New Orleans, Louisiana that has been closed since Hurricane Katrina struck the state in August 2005.The park originally opened under the name Jazzland in 2000.But after two seasons of not being profitable, the park lease was taken over by Six Flags until 2009.
