Riding mower cranks but won't start

Today I am working on this YardMan ( Yard machine ) riding mower with a no start situation. A week ago, nine days ago I put this lawn tractor
up. It was running fine. I was having trouble with the transmission but was waiting to get one of my other units running.
This no start turned out to be an easy fix & could apply to just about any brand mower.
