We went to Bannerman's Castle - Almost Lost it All!

50 miles away from New York City lies a little island on the Hudson River (Pollepel Island) where Bannerman Castle is located. We took a trip out and kayaked to the island, meet some cool people and also explored the ruins. Ran into some trouble as a storm was rolling in, need less to say be barely got off the island.
