Boozin Bacon Wrapped Scallops

It's Party Time with these appetizers on the menu!!! A lil bit of whiskey goes a long way to glaze these Bacon Wrapped Scallops and bring forth an amazing taste. This dish is great for all festive occasions. Give it a try. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients:
*16 large Scallops (more or less for your group)
*thick slices of Bacon (half slices per scallop)
*1/4 c. Maple Syrup
*1 tsp. Soy Sauce or Liquid Aminos
*2 Tbsp. Whiskey
*1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
*Salt & Pepper to your taste
*chopped Parsley (more or less your choice)
*Cooking Spray
**Turn Broiler on before beginning preparations
