Thanks for not feeding seals - TOUGH LOVE!
Feeding changes a seal's behaviour for life and reduces their chances of survival. Few seals that frequent harbour areas make old bones. Diesel and propellers can lead to blindness, slow organ failure and hideous injures.
There is no doubt that seals will beg to be fed but the best response you can have to help them is TOUGH LOVE!
