Palo Alto To Pay $572,500 Settlement In Police Excessive Force Lawsuit
The City of Palo Alto has settled a federal lawsuit stemming from a 2018 arrest in which officers broke down the door of a man's home, dragged him out, handcuffed and arrested him on charges of driving with a suspended license - charges that were later dropped. Kiet Do reports. (11/21/19)
