Going mountain biking for the first time is hard, but trying to tag along with avid mountain bikers on an intermediate trail is less than ideal. After putting together his first Mountain Bike, we took my father in law out for his first mountain bike ride at a trail that I grew up riding as a kid, Pine Haven Recreation Area. Its an intermediate trail system with lots of punchy climbs and short descents that can catch you off guard if you’re not prepared!
