Propagating Dwarf Snake Plant by Leaf

No leaf cutting is required since it's a dwarf snake plant, I simply pluck them off the mother snake plant. After some time, new pups grew togther with the original leaf intact. The pups are supposed to revert back to the standard green color but in fact some pups are whitish!
