Winter in the Village: Minced Liver with Milk Recipe

Today there are many ways to cook with liver, for this we first cut the liver and boil it in a little milk; then we cut it into smaller pieces and put it on a wooden skewer to roast it in the oven; we use chopped vegetables and tomatoes to decorate it and we bake fresh oven bread to serve it!
