Nikon D780 Video AF Settings and Testing

Setting up Auto focus for video has been a challenge based on my needs and wants but I think Im getting there! I'm working with 2 settings specifically, AF Speed and AF Sensitivity Tracking. Here are some initial tests for Vlogging and product show casing during the vlog.
