In this Let's Play video, you will see me play the Masters of Albion (Pre-Release Early Access Build). I got an Exclusive Access to play the Pre-Release Build for Masters of Albion that is being release on April 22nd. Thank you so much 22Cans and their PR team for this. Masters of Albion is a Strategy Survival City Builder with some "God Game" elements mixed with some Tower Defense and Cooking Sim. For the most part, the game is City Builder God Game, where you control a Hand for building the town. The Hand is like "Thing" from the Addams Family. The game has 2 phases, a Day Time Phase and a Night Time Phase. At night, zombies or monsters come attack your town, and you must defend against it with your Ballista Turrets, Hired Heroes, and your God Spell powers. The City Building phase has you creating a production chain to complete Orders to make money. Initially the Orders are in the form of creating a Food Recipe where the Farm and Mill creates "food resources units" that are magically converted into the Food Recipe in Factory building. You can build walls that requires Wood from the Lumbermill. The Wheat field needs water that is harvested by the Farm and sent to the Mill. The game allows you to Possess your Heroes or even the workers, that switches to a Third Person over the shoulder view mode where you can control them directly. For those who have motion sickness, this may not be for you. Masters of Albion shares similar game mechanics as "Gord", "Night Is Coming", "Darfall", "Diplomacy Is Not An Option", "TavernHold", "Final Outpost: Definitive Edition", "Necesse", "Delverium", "The Last Spell", "Fabledom", "Black & White", "They Are Billions", "Fata Deum", "A Hero's Rest: An RPG Town Simulator", "Sintopia", "Lessaria", "Crown of Greed", and "Majesty". If you're into any of the games I mentioned above, I recommend adding this game to your Wishlist and checking it out when it fully releases on April 22nd, or keep an eye on the early access development.
