"I feel a certain nostalgia, a sadness, now that I see this house again without its soul." Harpsichordist Pierre Hantaï talks about his memories of Gustav Leonhardt. Leonhardt was one of the pioneers of early music in the Netherlands. As a teacher and performer, he was a source of inspiration to many harpsichord players around the world. Our recording of the third 'French' Suite in B minor was made in the Bartolotti House, Leonhardt's former residence.
