It's been four years since I did a mic'd up with Ryan Nyquist (in the Ride BMX), so I figured it was time we do another. Jump on board with the legend as he pokes and prods his fellow competitors (mostly Boyd Hilder) during practice at Simple Session 2020.

In short, we are the Ride BMX staff out on our own. We're building from the ground up and our goal is pretty simple. We want to continue what we love. We want to create great content, feature awesome riders, and contribute, push, and show why we love BMX.
