Wedding Photographer Contract Checklist:
The events, dates, times, and specific addresses where they will be expected to shoot (incl. engagement session)
Contracted number of hours + overtime terms and fees + break times
The photographer's name & the number of assistants they will have
Emergency substitute policy should they not be able to attend for some reason
Shot list policy + specific events they will or won’t cover (getting ready, first look, etc.)
Number of proofs you will get + how and when you will receive them
When and how you will place and receive your final order
The expected dress code for the photographers & assistants
Copyright details (can you share them on social media?)
Itemized list of fees + total cost
Reorder price & process
Deposit amount + due date
Final payment amount + due date
Refund/cancellation policy
Watch out for a disparagement clause!

Here are the contract must-haves for the videographer:
The events, dates, times, and specific addresses where they will be expected to shoot

Background music that will be played including a list of specific songs if you know which ones you want

Final payment amount + due date
Refund/cancellation policy
