:-SHAMI KABAB RECIPE:-
Ingredients:- 1 kg boneless chicken
200 gm Split chickpeas (Chana Dal)
4 pcs medium size onions ( slice)
20 gm Ginger (gota)
15 pcs Garlic (gota)
2tbsp Refined oil
Ingredients:-
1 tsp Garamsala powder
2 tsp Red chilli powder
Whole spices
5 or 6 PC's Green cardamom (choti elaichi )
5 or 6 PCs cloves ( Long)
2 tsp whole black pepper ( Gota)
3 or 4 bay leaves ( tej patta)
6 or 7 PC's dry red chillies
Salt as per taste
1 cup of chopped coriander leaves
5 or 6 Pisces green chillies chopped
4 tbsp lemon juice
3 medium size onions chopped
2 eggs
500 gm refined oil (for frying)
