Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers ~ Willin' ~ Red Rocks CO 10/3/14

Hauntingly beautiful rendition of Little Feat's Willin' that I recorded at Red Rocks 3 years ago. Tom dedicates this to Lowell George the singer/songwriter who composed this beautiful song. Sadly, Lowell George passed away from a heart attack in 1979. A poignant tribute from the great Tom Petty and one of my favorite performances by TPATH. I love this recording as you see the true respect and love the members of the band have for each other as they play. Heartbreaking that we will never see this again.
