Lego Technic Based CUBLI (Hand-Made Reaction Wheel Test)

This is additional documentation of a hand-made reaction wheel test result. I learned (which is obvious) that the symmetric position of the bolts and nuts pair is essential to realize stability. Even with only one pair of bolts and nuts, the CUBLI can stand stable.
