Schwannoma Tumor | Arrington’s Story

After turning in bed, Arrington heard a snap and felt instant pain. MRI results revealed a large nerve root tumor in the cervical spine (schwannoma) and a broken neck. Arrington and his fiancée made the decision to go to Johns Hopkins for treatment. Spine neurosurgeon Timothy Witham and a multidisciplinary team of experts successfully completed three complex surgeries only a few months ahead of Arrington’s wedding.
