Secret of my russian Shashlik barbecue. Video Recipe with russian accent

This Videorrcipe was made for my friend Dima. He wanted to know how i make my shashlik, because he never tried a Shashlik like mine. His guests will come today on sunday and i hope, he will give me a good feedback. My guests were here yesterday and it was very nice. The daughter of my friend was eating a lot of this shashlik. Normaly she do not eat anything. I hope somebody will try this recipe to and it will be tasty like i do it.
