I always loved this song, and Bruno Mars is an outstanding artist!. On a quick listening it may be perceived as a nice pop song with some basic chords progression, but that's not very true. The arrangement, harmony, melody and chord progressions are truly fantastic and all the details of this song are special, as are the musical performances of all the musicians, producers and arrangers in general. It is no coincidence that this song was a worldwide success, I guess the best musicians available in the world collaborated in the process of making this song.

For the love I feel for this song I decided to recreate it from scratch, using only Bruno's vocal track (extracted with AI plug-ins available online), and then I played the electric piano part by ear, (remembering the track original). On the piano part, I added a drum machine line (which was later quantized in Ableton Live) and recorded the bass line.
The most challenging part was the synth solo, especially to recreate the pitch bending atmosphere of the original solo.

All parts were recorded live without any quantization, except the drum part.

I know things could have been improved better, adding more parts, better equalization and mixing, but I only had almost a weekend free time to listen, rehearse, play, record and film myself and do the final mix. of the song.
Please don't ask me for the musical score because I don't have it.

And Bruno, for your next album if Greg (Phillinganes) is too busy with other musical projects and concerts, I would be very happy to give the most to your upcoming musical ideas ;-)
