Crimping hydraulic hoses is the core of Tubes International’s operations. The movie shows all steps of that process - from preparing the hose and fittings up to external crimping using FINN-POWER crimping machine.
Tubes International produces a very wide range of high pressure hose assemblies. This range comprises standard hydraulic rubber hoses, thermoplastic hoses, PTFE hoses and hoses specially adjusted for UHP applications (ultra high pressure – up to 3200 bar). We can fit the hose assemblies with extra protective covers made of different materials on request. Moreover, in our own production facility we manufacture all kinds of hydraulic fittings according to Customer specification, customized in terms of design, construction as well as material. Every hose assembly is marked to enable easier identification in the future.
Every Tubes International branch is equipped with both cutting device and crimping machine ready to crimp high pressure hydraulic hose assemblies in the shortest time possible.
