In this lesson, I am showing you how you can easily modulate or change keys in your song by using this one special chord.

This chord is a nice middle ground between the intricate transition chords type of modulations found in classical music, and the sudden, abrupt and unannounced key changes found in pop music.

I am showing you some possible shapes, and then, I'm giving you some examples on how you can use it within chord progressions with close and distant keys.

We are also briefly talking about the concept of harmonic rhythm and how it helps to get a bigger impact in your key change.
