Splash Carpentry owned by Adrian Andercau, a very skilled carpenter and Christian Petre, a CNC Designer and experienced mechanical engineer joined forces to come up with an innovative, simple, and extremely useful product that will make a painters life much easier.

One of the services that Splash Carpentry offers is woodwork refinishing: hardwood floors, stairs and doors. Part of the process of refinishing doors requires bringing the slabs to the shop spray booth for painting. Although we use one of the best paints on the market, flipping the doors from the finished side to the other, stacking them to dry then transporting them to the job site, is a real hassle. Too much time is consumed waiting for the painted doors sides to dry, too much space is needed to store the doors to dry, stacking the doors properly for delivery to the job site is a long and painful process.

No more!!!!! We have come up with a better way.

Introducing our new DOOR PAINTING FLIPPER/STACKER.

It's so easy.

Attach the Door Painting Flipper/Stacker to each door slab, paint, flip, paint the other side, stack them, deliver them and remove the Door Painting Flipper/Stacker right before installation.

You can paint your doors at the job site. A medium size room is large enough to stack them all. No more work horses! No more challenges on where to stack your freshly painted doors! Most importantly, no more scratches, nicks or damage caused by handling a freshly painted door.

If you work in a shop, like us it is even easier. In 10 minutes, you can load and secure a dozen doors. No protection, no wrapping, no blankets! Just load the van and go to work!

The DOOR PAINTNG FLIPPER/STACKER is made of only 4 parts: the design is simple, durable and affordable. The plywood used is 1/2" thick maple, cabinet grade. The wood is poplar, 3" deck screws with square head: they last longer and the painter does not need to be experienced in using a drill.
