The Brave Browser, from the same people who made Mozilla Firefox, blocks just about all ads and trackers. It allows you to watch YouTube AD-FREE. Websites load much more quickly, it's amazing how much junk is on most websites.

It pays you in its cryptocurrency (Basic Attention Token) if you want to see targeted advertisements. You don't have to, but if you want to, they're not very obtrusive and you can likely make a few hundred dollars worth of BAT each year. Not bad, and better than Google.
